Small items can be returned to any Bouclair boutique for free, while larger furniture pieces may require a scheduled pick-up or shipping via a preferred carrier.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the product in its original box, including all hardware and manuals, and attach the return shipping label if returning by mail.

Once our warehouse or store team inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
